We ask that you call us if you have any problems, so we can work with you to help trouble shoot before returning the equipment. If our technical staff cannot eliminate the problem, we will have you ship the equipment back for a full in-house diagnostic. We will then replace the unit(s) or repair them and ship them back to you.
When shipping the equipment back to us, we ask that you send us the receipt you received when ordered, or a copy of the order so we may track the equipment and make sure you are fully satisfied.
